General Provisions
The complaint procedure applies to normal business cooperation between the customer and the company TEC Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). Each product purchased is accompanied by an invoice, which serves as a guarantee certificate, if the manufacturer fails to produce its own goods warranty. Approval of the business, warranty conditions and complaints confirms the customer ordering the goods.
Warranty Conditions The customer is obliged to check the goods delivered by the seller immediately after the takeover and after any shortcomings a fact immediately notify the seller. If a customer neprohlédne goods immediately after receipt, not later assert claims of defects detectable in such an examination. Any difference between the tax receipt and the goods actually delivered (the type, amount, serial number, ...), the customer is obliged to notify the seller immediately (no later than 72 hours), preferably in writing. It should do so in their own interest, there is a risk that any subsequent claims he will not be recognized.
Using carrier (courier) to claim the product damaged in transit dealt with under the Complaints Procedure carrier and the relevant provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code. Thus, due to defects claimed by the customer with the carrier immediately, because no subsequent complaints will be considered for mechanical damage caused by the customer.
Length of warranty on goods is stated on each invoice in months. This period begins on the date of issuance of the document, and where later extended the period during which the goods were repaired under warranty. The customer has the right to security only to goods purchased from TEC Ltd., demonstrated a defect in it and covered by the warranty. Goods to which the Czech Republic provided the authorized service can also complain directly to an authorized service center. In the event that the customer sends the goods to claim the seller does so at their own expense. The package must contain the defective goods properly stored, including all equipment, purchase a copy of the document, a detailed description of the damage and contact details (address, telephone number). Carried back to the customer after completion of the claim paid by the seller, but only if a legitimate complaint. Unauthorised claim the customer's expense to work with the settlement of the claims technician (hourly rate is 350, - CZK without VAT).
The seller is obliged to settle the claim without undue delay, and more than 30 days. The period may be extended due to fault diagnosis - testing a maximum of 15 days. In addition, the seller has an obligation to replace non-repairable products, either by credit note or exchange for goods with similar characteristics, from the same or another manufacturer.
The computer sets the guarantee applies only to the individual components listed on the invoice. The nature of the software product, the guarantee applies only to physical media unreadable. At the moment of removal of protective equipment (foil, etc.) the customer becomes an authorized user license and can not return the goods to the seller.
Before transmitting a computer or any media with data on the service (or complaints) department to the customer is obligated all their data backed up. The possible loss or corruption is not firm TEC, Ltd. responsibility!
Seller has no obligation to guarantee full compatibility of components sold to other components, if their function is not explicitly required by the customer in a written order. Seller does not guarantee full functionality even in case of software applications are not suitable for the operating system ordered. Warranty is void and due to bad or improper operation, improper handling or improper installation, damage due to surges in the grid, or goods damaged by excessive wear.
The claim for warranty expires later in the following cases:
expired when the date of receipt of goods for repair warranty,
to mechanical damage,
losses caused by computer viruses,
use of goods in terms of the parameters of inadequate office environment (dust, humidity, temperature, chemical conditions, ...)
if the defect in the goods shown in the case of application software for which the customer is unable to prove lawful means of acquiring,
making tampering without permission seller
involvement in the inadequate power supply standard IEC
elements in case of damage or force majeure,
after the removal of labels with serial numbers of goods.
The TFT display is possible that the screen will show one or more defective pixels, which is off or display a different color. The specific number and distribution of these points, however, not a defect. Any warranty claims are governed by the terms of the manufacturer of the monitor.
Final Provisions
The Complaints Procedure shall take effect on 1 March 2007 and will invalidate all previous provisions and practices in handling complaints goods. TEC Company, Ltd. reserves the right to change the claims procedure.
